Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:

- If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
- Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If Approved:
- Your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account or contact your credit card company. Processing times can vary.

Damaged or Defective Items

- Personalized or customized items.
- Clearance or sale items.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
